I’m Joseph Ogrodnek – Head Chef & Co-owner of Battersby Restaurant, has had a passion for culinary arts since high school, graduated from the American Culinary Institute in Hyde Park. Joseph was the chef of many famous restaurants, such as Battersby, Dover, Anella… He won the 2013 StarChefs Rising Star Chef Award. Joseph released the book BATTERSBY: Extraordinary Food from an Ordinary Kitchen can “help readers prepare and serve sophisticated, satisfying food, with advice on what to prepare ahead and then how to finish later.”
